How long do orders take?
Preparation normally takes 1–2 business days after payment authorization, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days of carrier transit after shipment. Checkout presents shipping charges for your address. Read the Shipping Policy for delivery and tracking questions.
Are preference returns allowed?
Yes. An eligible non-defective skincare item can be returned for a change of mind when new, unused and in original condition; defective and wrongly supplied items can also be reviewed. Exchanges are accepted when eligible and stock permits. Ask within 30 days after delivery and wait for approval before using the free prepaid label supplied in the package for a postal return. When is a refund sent?
An approved refund is processed or initiated to the original method within 10 days, while account posting can take longer. Payment options are shown at checkout; tracking follows dispatch.
