Eligibility and the request window
Within 30 days after receiving a new Good Molecules product, you may ask for an eligible return or exchange. Defective and non-defective items are both considered. If you simply prefer another choice or selected the wrong option, the non-defective item must still be new, unused and in its original condition. Damage, a fault, missing pieces, a wrong delivery or a meaningful discrepancy from the listing may be reported without pretending the faulty item is undamaged. Statutory consumer protections continue to apply.

Send the order number, purchase email and reason to jovequsodun690@gmail.com. For a problem product, attach clear photos or video and retain the packing and components. Approval comes before postal return. We will confirm the correct return destination and instructions rather than treating the general mailing address as a warehouse.
Returning and replacing
Eligible packages include a free prepaid return label inside the original parcel. Following approval, use that label to mail the return; if it was lost or absent, ask for assistance. We do not charge a restocking fee. Exchanges and replacements remain subject to review and inventory.
Credit timing
We process or initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Extra bank or card-provider posting time is outside that processing period.
