The order-status link in your order or dispatch email provides the available tracking details. A carrier may post its first scan after the parcel is handed over.
When updates are missing
Open Contact Us with the order number, purchase email and any tracking code so we can review the issue. Please keep complete card details and one-time security codes out of ordinary support messages.
